Payment Terms

Payments for our services are processed through Stripe, a secure payment gateway. Payment is due on the first day of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension.You authorize Seiretsu to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle.

Service Interruptions

We strive to provide continuous, reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. In the event of a service interruption, Seiretsu is not liable for any damages or losses incurred.

Termination

You may terminate your service at any time by contacting our customer service. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Seiretsu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past six months.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
